Finding a Boat For Sale:
- The first step
to buying or selling a boat is a visit to BUC's World Wide Search™.
Scanning thousands of listings, it provides the most comprehensive information
about the availability, location and pricing of boats and charters,
anywhere in the world. Visit
BUC's World Wide Boats for Sale Search.
- This will take
you to a screen where you can enter the criteria for your ideal boat
or yacht.
- Your search results
will be displayed on the Search Results page. Clicking on the button
next to a boat's information will display a picture and details of that
particular vessel.
- When you find a
boat, yacht, or sailboat for sale that you are interested in, you can
save it to your Personal Portfolio. This allows you to retain information
on a particular boat or yacht while you browse through the rest of your
Search Results. Vessels added to your Portfolio can then be submitted
to your favorite broker(s) for additional information. In your Portfolio,
you can either click Buy this Boat to send an e-mail to an individual
broker, or you can send all the boats in your portfolio to your selected
broker.
- You also have the
option of clicking on Buy this Boat to e-mail a broker immediately.
You can either e-mail the seller's broker or select your own broker
and e-mail him/her for more information.
- To choose a favorite
broker, click on Select a Broker. You can select brokers either
by location, specialty or both, or by company name. Please note that
all BUCNET members have access to the details of the thousands of listings
on the BUC network. Therefore, any broker can give you full details
on any listing and assist you in the transaction.
- The information
about the boats you have selected for your portfolio will be e-mailed
to your selected broker.
Finding a Boat For Charter:
- To use BUC's World
Wide Search to find a charter boat, click on Search
Vessels for Charter.
- This will take
you to a screen where you can enter your criteria for dates, destination,
length of boat, rates, etc.
- Your search results
will be displayed on the Charter Search Results page. Clicking on the
button next to a vessel's information will display a picture as well
as some further details about the vessel - it's availability, location
and weekly rates.
